It came to my attention that one of my fellow canadian bloggers had images taken with out their permission and was used on the vogue brazil website. When she sent them a invoice for the stole images. Brazil vogue claims not having the money to pay her. I mean come on it is Vogue the highest earning magazine. If you don’t have the money Vogue then you should not be stealing images. If you can’t pay for someone’s time then don’t do the crime.
I am going to insert both blog posts.
Vogue Brazil claims that they were sent the photos from a source off Instagram. I mean really Instagram is not even a source for you to steal or take someone else photos to use on your website. Stealing is still stealing.
The reason for this blog post is hopefully bringing a bit of justice to the blogger or bloggers who spent time and effort in there blog post/ blog posts to get the credit or payment that the person deserves for their hard work.
We as bloggers will have to make a stand against big companies or other bloggers stilling our photos after all the hard work we do on them.
So what do you think: Should a high grossing company be able to take what ever photos they want from anywhere?
(Disclaimer: Unless otherwise stated, all items in my blog posts have been purchased by me for my own personal use and not sent to me by companies for reviews.)
