Book Review: Bathsheba Bathed in Grace By Carol Cook

Hello Everyone,

Today’s book review was provide by Westbow Press E-Books for a honest review.

About the book:

This book is about 8  women different stories from their point of view from the bible.  We have the following women from the bible: Bathsheba who is King David’s mistress, Sarah wife of Abram, Hagar, maid of Sarah, Rebekah, niece of Abraham,  Leah, older sister of Rachel and Jacob’s first wife, Rachel, younger sister of Leah and Jacob’s second wife, Tamar, daughter in law of Judah and Eve, the mother of all.

My thoughts:

I really like this book. It makes the women of the bible seem more human. Even though this is a fictional book. I feel that all bible reader and non bible reader would love this book. It make me wish that there was more stories in this book then eight that were published. I would have loved to read more of stories about the other women that appear in the bible.I would love to see a second book from this author.

Overall:

I highly recommend this book to everyone who love to read stories about love and life and drama.

This book is a 5 stars out of 5 stars.
